REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully.

EVENT TICKETS & REGISTRATION
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued after this time. Tickets may be transferred to another person with written notice. If Rad Redemption Co. cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.

MERCHANDISE
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Please contact us with your order number, name, and reason for request. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
